Located in an unbeatable location, close to restaurants, the beach, nightlife, and family-friendly activities. It is extremely central but very quiet. You can wake up in the morning and within a 1 min walk you can jump in the crystal clear sea for a refreshing swim.
Very well appointed, lovely, modern, very comfortable, bright penthouse on the top floor of a small block of flats with elevator. Located just behind Spinola Bay in the heart of St Julians offering countless restaurants. Bus, taxi and supermarket are all within a 5-7 min walk.
This flat has a very pleasant, typical Maltese atmosphere; it offers 1 front terrace with stunning views, 1 spacious bedroom with king size bed and large balcony, one living room , one bathroom with bath/shower.
There is an open space fully equipped kitchen with stove, dishwasher, oven, kettle and toaster, and a living room with flat screen television and a dining table. The furniture is well kept and clean.
There are 2 foldable beds for 2 extra guests, for a total of 4 people.

## Neighborhood
The location of this apartment is unbeatable as it is in the most vibrant and sought after area in St Julians; Spinola Bay. Yet with very little direct traffic, you will feel the sense of peace while being in the centre of all the action.
Spinola Bay is one of the most romantic bays in Malta; going up the hill, one can admire the little old chapel, Spinola palace, a number of typical Maltese town houses decorated with traditional windows, as well as arched boat houses on the quay. During the evening, the street lights reflect on the calm sea that is full of quaint fishermen’s boats.
St. Julian's or San Giljan, is a hub for new and luxurious hotels, many different kinds of restaurants and trendy nightclubs, mostly centred in an area known as Paceville. For this reason, St. Julian's is popular amongst both the locals and tourists alike, especially during the summer months, where visitors take advantage of the good weather to enjoy long walks on the seafront promenade.
##Getting around
Easy access via public buses, taxi, electronic scooters or by footThere is a multi story car park 5 minutes away from the apartment, however on street parking is also available at no cost at all.
There is a taxi service and a bus stop 5 minutes up the road from the apartment so getting around to all the cultural hot spots and beaches is very easy.
The bus stop is right across the road from the apt where you can visit the island from north to south!

Environmental Contribution
As announced in the 2016 Budget, the Government has introduced an Environmental Contribution on stays at all types of accommodation as from June 20th, 2016. The main objective of this Environmental Contribution is to improve quality along the tourism value chain. In fact, all revenue generated from this initiative will be directed solely and exclusively to upgrade and embellish the local infrastructure in touristic areas around the Maltese Islands.The contribution is payable by all tourists who are 18 years or older irrespective of nationality (including locals).
It amounts to €0.50 per person for each night spent on the Maltese Islands at any type of accommodation such as hotels, guesthouses, hostels, resorts, apartments, farmhouses, villas, timeshare and host families, amongst others.
The contribution is capped at a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay.
A heads up that during the nice season ants is a common problem on the island. We do provide ants traps and repellent spray which normally work well, but expect to see some ants during your trip!

Strictly no partying or loud noises. Please do not make too much noise when entering and leaving the flat in the evening and after 11 pm, as to respect our neighbours.
No outsiders allowed in the apartment without written approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations.
The final cleaning fee is intended as check out general cleaning. Keep the place reasonably clean and tidy and leave the kitchen cleaned (no dirty dishes and garbage left over). If not, please note that additional costs may be charged. 
The septic system is very effective, however it will clog up if improper material is flushed. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If that happened and clog the septic system damages may be charged.
Lost keys or getting locked out: Euro 100 per key set for replacement.
For stays above 30 days and above the Client will be responsible for paying bills on top of the agreed Rental fee, at the end of the stay based on Client's real consumption.
Check-in time is from 3pm to Midnight with self check-in.
Any early or late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
