Welcome to our delightful 2 bedroom apartment nestled in the heart of Florence's historic Piazza della Libertà. Located on the second floor of a charming building (please note, there is no elevator), this apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your stay in this iconic city.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room adorned with traditional Florentine decor and featuring a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploration. Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern amenities to satisfy your culinary desires.

The apartment boasts two inviting bedrooms: one bedroom furnished with a double bed, and another bedroom with a pullout single bed that converts into a double bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for your group. Additionally, there are two bathrooms, both equipped with showers for your comfort and convenience.
Note: One of the bathrooms has a macerator engine. Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet; otherwise, the engine may burn out and the drains may become clogged.


For your comfort during the warmer months, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, and complimentary high-speed WiFi is available throughout, ensuring you stay connected throughout your stay.

From the apartment's location in Piazza della Libertà, you are within easy reach of Florence's renowned attractions, including the Duomo, Uffizi Gallery, and Ponte Vecchio, as well as charming cafes, restaurants, and shops that embody the city's vibrant culture.

As we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date.
Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost:
From 12 noon to 3pm: €10 ( €15 on weekends)
From 7pm to 8pm: €25
From 8pm to 10pm: €35
From 10pm to MIDNIGHT: €45
No check-in after MIDNIGHT, except for agreement made previously.

Neighbourhood overview
Just 10 minutes away from Piazza del Duomo, the pulsating heart of Florence, choosing this accommodation will place you in a very convenient area of the city: all the main attractions are easily reachable on foot. The Fortezza da Basso, a venue for congresses and fairs of national and international importance, is only 15 minutes away. In the immediate vicinity, you will find shops, bars, restaurants, cinemas, and much more. The Esselunga of Via Masaccio, one of the largest and best-stocked supermarkets in the city, is just a 5-minute walk away and will allow you to avoid the expensive mini-markets found in the more touristy areas. The majestic Arch of Triumph in Piazza della Libertà is also just a few meters away: this area, very popular and home to numerous professional offices such as lawyers and notaries, is considered particularly elegant and safe.

Getting around
The strategic location of this apartment lies not only in its proximity to points of interest but also in the numerous public transport stops nearby, thanks to which it is possible to comfortably reach less central areas of Florence (but not for this less worthy of being visited) in less than 20 minutes: just to name a few, line 11 will take you to the typical “Oltrarno” district; thanks to line 13, you can easily reach Piazzale Michelangelo, with its breathtaking panoramic view of Florence; while line 7 will take you to the charming hillside location of Fiesole. Finally, Piazza San Marco, which is a 9-minute walk away, is a very important hub for Florentine public transport: thanks to the many buses that pass through, it is possible to reach every corner of the city or, alternatively, take a taxi.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Age Requirement: The primary guest must be over 21 years old and will sign a short-term agreement at check-in for insurance, tax, and legal reasons.
Identification: All guests must provide a valid ID at check-in in compliance with Italian police regulations through a secure link. Failure to do so will result in denied entry.
Long-term Stays: By Italian law, stays over 30 nights require a tenancy agreement.
No Smoking
No Pets
Noise Restrictions: Strictly no parties or loud noises. Please be considerate of noise levels when entering and exiting the flat, especially after 11 PM.
Visitors: No external guests in the apartment without prior written approval, as per police regulations.
Cleaning Fee: Covers check-out cleaning only. Please maintain cleanliness, including kitchen clean-up (no leftover dirty dishes or garbage). Additional charges may apply for non-compliance.
Electricity Usage notice: Italian homes have a limited electricity capacity. Using multiple appliances simultaneously may trip the main switch. To reset the power, turn off the devices before switching the electricity back on. The main switch, a white box, will be pointed out to you upon arrival.
Plumbing: Only toilet paper should be flushed. Disposing of other items, especially feminine products, can cause blockages and may incur damage charges.
Heating Regulations: Per local laws in Florence (zone D), heating is permitted only from November 1 to April 15.
Lost Keys: A fee of €100 will be charged for each lost key set.
Utilities for Long Stays: For stays exceeding 30 days, the guest is responsible for all utility bills, calculated based on actual usage at the end of the stay.
