This gorgeous 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom, first floor apartment has everything you'll need to stay comfortably and safely in the heart of Florence.
The entire apartment has been recently renovated and decorated with attention to details and refined taste for design furniture and comforts. The earthy color palette of the apartment creates a warm, pleasant atmosphere. 

The space is clean and practical and accommodates comfortably up to 6 people.
It's located on the first floor without elevator of a historic building (long flight!!) and comprises:
- a large and bright living room ( with 1 large sofa bed
 for 2 people) which opens onto a fully equipped kitchen creating a lovely open space
- a spacious master bedroom with good storage space and Queen size bed, with ensuite full bathroom with shower
- a second bedroom with Queen size bed with ensuite full bathroom with shower
- there is a third family bathroom with a shower.

The unit comes with air conditioning throughout the whole space, flat TV and a Fibre Option WiFi connection.

A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee machine, kettle, ecc.
There is also washing machine to ensure full comfort to your travel.

Access
Check-in time is 3PM - 7PM
As we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date.
Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost:
From 12 noon to 3pm: €10 ( €15 on weekends)
From 7pm to 8pm: €25
From 8pm to 10pm: €35
From 10pm to MIDNIGHT: €45
No check-in after MIDNIGHT, except for agreement made previously.

Neighborhood
The Mercato Centrale in Florence is located between via dell'Ariento, via Sant'Antonino, via Panicale and Piazza del Mercato Centrale. It is one of the results from the time of risanamento, the period when Florence was the capital of Italy in the late nineteenth century.
The majestic Duomo of Florence is less than 10 minutes away on foot.

Transit
Florence city centre is a ZTL zone which stands for “limited traffic zone” and therefore special rules apply to when you can enter this area. This particular apartment is in fact located within the ZTL zone so this means that if you are thinking of coming to Florence by car and wish to drive around and park, then you will need to pay special attention to the road signs, CCTV cameras and access cameras (they will show either a red /green light) in order to avoid receiving fines. Guests who need to travel within the ZTL zone by car to reach their apartment are advised to contact one of the private garages in the centre (the one nearest the apartment you are staying in) and obtain a temporary access permit. Upon arrival at the garage, guests must specify their need for access in the ZTL and the garage will then note the vehicle’s number plate and forward it to the appropriate police headquarters.

NOTES
**IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY**
- Tourist City Tax: Euro 5.50 per person per night (up to 7 nights), children under 12 stay free.
- Lead guest must be over 21 and sign a short-term agreement upon arrival for insurance and legal purposes. Valid ID is required for all guests at check-in.
- Stays over 30 nights require a tenancy agreement by Italian law.
- No smoking or pets allowed.
- No parties or loud noises, especially after 11 PM, to respect neighbors.
- Written approval needed for any visitors to comply with police regulations.
- Final cleaning fee covers general cleaning; please maintain cleanliness to avoid extra charges.
- Italian households have a power limit, and if multiple appliances are used simultaneously, the main switch may trip. Please remember to turn off appliances before resetting the electricity. The main switch, resembling a white box, will be indicated upon your arrival.
- Septic system reminder: only flush toilet paper to avoid damage.
- Heating system activation permitted from November 1 to April 15.
- Lost keys: Euro 100 per set for replacement.
- Clients responsible for utility bills for stays over 30 days.
- Located within Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL); inquire about parking options.
