Space
Located on the first floor (accessible by elevator) of an elegant building with concierge service, featuring a grand entrance and a striking marble staircase, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests or two adults and two children. It’s ideal for those who appreciate refined elegance or families seeking space. Every detail is designed to offer a luxurious experience, with fine finishes and stylish Italian design. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in every room, heating, high-speed internet, Wi-Fi, two smart TVs, a washing machine, dishwasher, and all essential appliances for a comfortable stay.
Upon entry, you're welcomed by a spacious living and dining area with high ceilings that enhance the sense of openness. A beautiful mural sets the tone, with golden and brass accents complementing the warm orange and beige furnishings, creating an elegant and inviting atmosphere. Large doors open directly onto the 45-square-meter furnished terrace, perfect for breakfast, lunch, or working outdoors. It’s an ideal spot to enjoy sunny days or even sunset aperitifs. The fully equipped kitchen also includes a small service balcony.
The apartment features two generously sized double bedrooms, both with walk-in closets for organized storage. The master bedroom has a king-size bed (180x200 cm) with a hotel-standard mattress for optimal comfort, and a 43” Samsung TV. The second bedroom has two single beds (90x190 cm) that can be easily joined to form another double bed.
The two bathrooms cater to different preferences: one with a spacious shower and the other with a bathtub.
Additionally, there is a private garage available for a fee.

The apartment is located on a quiet residential street between Porta Ticinese and Porta Romana, an area that blends historical and modern architecture in a vibrant, cosmopolitan setting. You’ll find well-preserved medieval walls, period palaces, and contemporary buildings. Nearby parks and gardens offer ideal spots for outdoor relaxation, sports, or picnics with friends and family.
Porta Romana (Quadronno District):
This fashionable area is known for elegant period buildings, wide tree-lined streets, and a lively commercial scene. Once home to Milanese nobility, it now attracts international VIPs like designer Miuccia Prada. Named after the iconic Porta Romana gate, the area also features luxurious 1950s condominiums. The apartment's central location allows easy access to major attractions on foot, while also being well-served by public transport. For getting around the city, you have several options:
Public transport: Just 500 meters from the Crocetta metro stop (M3 line), you're one stop away from the Duomo, two from Via Montenapoleone, and six from the Central Station—less than 20 minutes away. Additionally, 19 tram and bus lines (3, 9, 12, 16, 19, 24) pass nearby.
Bicycle: Rent a bike from one of the many bike-sharing stations in the area and cycle through Milan's bike-friendly streets, or opt for scooters, electric motors, or car rentals for more flexibility.

- All guests must show a valid ID at check-in; failure to do so will result in entry refusal due to Italian Police regulations.
- Stays over 30 nights require a tenancy agreement (contratto transitorio) by Italian law.
- No smoking or pets allowed.
- Strictly no parties or loud noises.
- Please be considerate when entering and leaving the flat, especially after 11 PM, to respect our neighbors.
- No outside visitors without written approval.
- Final cleaning fee covers general cleaning; keep the place tidy and clean the kitchen before checkout to avoid additional charges.
- Italian households have a power limit, and if multiple appliances are used simultaneously, the main switch may trip. Remember to turn off devices before restoring power. The main switch, resembling a white box, will be shown upon arrival.
- Use only toilet paper in the toilet to prevent septic system damage; no feminine products should be flushed.
- Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 replacement fee per key set.
- For stays exceeding 30 days, clients are responsible for utility bills based on actual consumption in addition to the rental fee.
- Check-in time: 3 PM - 11pm; self-check-in system available for convenience. You will receive a secure link to provide your info, this is mandatory in order to receive the access code.
