In addition to being a destination for tourists, the neighborhood is also a destination for shopping lovers, the whole neighborhood is full of luxury shops but also of popular brands. In addition to shopping there is no shortage of famous chet restaurants and street food. In the neighborhood we find the Cathedral of Milan, the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, Palazzo Marino, Palazzo Reale, the Museum of the twentieth century, the church of San Gottardo in Corte, the Basilica of Sant Eufemia, the basilica of San Lorenzo Maggiore, the Basilica of Sant Ambrogio, Piazza Mercanti, the Castello Sforzesco, and much.

**Important Information for Your Stay**
- Tourist City Tax: €4.50 per person per night
- Lead Guest Requirements: The lead guest must be over 21 years old and will need to sign a short-term agreement upon arrival for insurance, fiscal, and legal purposes.
- Identification: All guests must show a valid ID upon check-in. Failure to do so will result in denial of entry due to Italian Police regulations.
- Stays Over 30 Nights: Stays exceeding 30 nights require a tenancy agreement (contratto transitorio) as per Italian law.
House Rules: - No smoking or pets allowed. - Strictly no parties or loud noises. - Please be mindful of noise levels, especially after 11 pm, to respect our neighbors. - Outsiders are not permitted in the apartment without written approval to comply with police regulations.
Cleaning: Please ensure the place is reasonably clean and tidy, and the kitchen is left clean. Additional costs may apply for excessive mess.
Electricity: Be mindful of electricity usage as Italian households have power limits. Turn off devices before resetting the main switch, which will be shown to you upon arrival.
Septic System: Only flush toilet paper down the toilet to avoid clogging the septic system. Charges may apply for damages caused by improper flushing.
Heating and Air Conditioning: Heating systems are active from 1 November to 15 April. Centralized AC may be subject to limitations, typically turned off from the end of September to the beginning of Spring.
Lost Keys: Replacement of lost keys or getting locked out incurs a fee of €100 per key set.
Extended Stays: For stays exceeding 30 days, the client is responsible for paying bills on top of the agreed rental fee based on actual consumption at the end of the stay.
Check-in time is 3PM - 7PM
As we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date.
Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost:
From 12 noon to 3pm: €10 ( €15 on weekends)
From 7pm to 8pm: €25
From 8pm to 10pm: €35
From 10pm to MIDNIGHT: €45
No check-in after MIDNIGHT, except for agreement made previously.
