Our full management solution.
SWEETSTAY will receive a percentage of the gross income (starting From 20%) that we achieve for your property.

This includes:

  • Replenishing supplies

Guaranteed Monthly Rent.

We can also give you the option of receiving a guaranteed monthly income regardless of how your listing performs.

  1. Introductory call

    Upon receiving your enquiry, your dedicated property manager will arrange a call to discuss your property availability and any requests, then follow up with a rental quote.

  2. Property visit and brochure preparation

    Your property manager will arrange to meet you at your home, to take photos and property details for marketing purposes. We can discuss any further questions that you have.

  3. Listing and optimising rental yields

    Your property manager will list your property for your chosen dates, on multiple platforms. Hosts can earn 60 - 100% more than renting their home residentially. We optimise the pricing to ensure maximum earnings.

  4. Responsive property management

    We handle everything for you. Guest communications, check-in, cleaning, linen, restocking and more.

  5. Max flexibility

    It’s your home. Rent it on your terms. You decide when the property is available for bookings.

  6. Payment

    You will receive the rental payment directly at the end of each month already deducted of our fee. The cleaning costs are paid separately by the guest.
