Sweetstay uses Property Management, advanced software that allows you to manage maintenance and preventive cleaning for the ultimate guest experience, and much more! Property Management allows the owner to view calendars, booking details and cancellations in real time. The software is practical and user-friendly! All the advantages of our booking booster (SWEETSTAY System) and our 24/7 communication service with guests. This solution is as efficient and profitable as the Comprehensive Management and it costs half as much but the management of reception, cleaning and laundry services will be your responsibility. Online Management is available everywhere. Cost: 10% commission + VAT on nights booked. ONLINE MANAGEMENT includes: • Profile creation and visibility maximisation. • 24/7 Communication with guests before arrival. • Communication software for hosts through our system in order to contact the guest directly.

    Upon receiving your enquiry, your dedicated property manager will arrange a call to discuss your property availability and any requests, then follow up with a rental quote.

  2. Property visit and brochure preparation

    Your property manager will arrange to meet you at your home, to take photos and property details for marketing purposes. We can discuss any further questions that you have.

  3. Listing and optimising rental yields

    Your property manager will list your property for your chosen dates, on multiple platforms. Hosts can earn 60 - 100% more than renting their home residentially. We optimise the pricing to ensure maximum earnings.

  4. Responsive property management

    We handle everything for you. Guest communications, check-in, cleaning, linen, restocking and more.

  5. Max flexibility

    It’s your home. Rent it on your terms. You decide when the property is available for bookings.

  6. Payment

    You will receive the rental payment directly at the end of each month already deducted of our fee. The cleaning costs are paid separately by the guest.
