I am available for any question and I will be happy to give some good tips about the neighbourhood .
London's hottest new neighbourhood has cleaned up its act and is becoming a hub for fashion and the arts, and some of the capital's more individual restaurants. This is not the standard urban development with the homogenised chains that usually brings; at least not yet. So far, a Victorian granary (and one-time rave venue) has been entirely transformed - an award-winning job by Stanton Williams Architects - into a new home for Central St Martin's college of fashion, where trailblazers put on graduate shows beneath its distressed-brick walls. And the former wasteland on the wrong side of the tracks has become the more welcoming Granary Square, filled with fountains and art students. Many of the old goods sheds, their original features and canopies retained, are pegged for further cultural uses, and for individual restaurants and bars. One of the first to open, in July, is Caravan. A sister of the original in Exmouth Market, inspired by the owners' travels around the world, the King's Cross outpost will be bigger still, with café seating out on the square.
Transport is absolutely great. Pancras station and its Eurostar terminal to Paris and Brussels is less than a 10-minute walk away. Many buses into the centre and other parts of London can be found literally on your doorstep, and the West End can be reached in 15 minutes. The centre is only a few underground stops away, you could even walk there. Getting to King's Cross couldn't be easier! King's Cross St Pancras links six London Underground lines with two national mainline train stations and international high speed rail. It's the best connected transport hub in London and the UK. The King’s Cross St Pancras transport hub links six London Underground lines with two national mainline rail stations and international high speed rail. And with Euston Station just a five minute walk away, the UK’s major cities are within easy reach. London’s five international airports are within an hour – with direct services to Heathrow, Gatwick and Luton. Add 14 bus lines and a bike interchange, and you have a location that’s unrivalled for connections – locally, nationally and internationally. Or perhaps drive yourself here. The Handyside Car Park is now open and 08.00-22.00, Monday to Sunday, making it so much easier to come by car. One of the aims of the plan for King’s Cross was to open up the area to the public after a long history of enclosure as Railway Lands. Large parts of the site are still under construction and access is restricted for safety reasons. But as areas of the development are completed, new routes open. This started with the opening of King’s Boulevard in 2011, and a new pedestrian bridge over the canal – the first of three new bridges. This route links Granary Square and York Way with the stations. Also at Granary Square, the canal-side steps are a new way to reach the Regent’s Canal towpath.

The place is in a great location to travel around London. The bedroom was quiet as is possible in a city like London, away from the street. I would definitely stay here again.November 2019
Amazing hospitality, quick responses, and conveniently located. We were even offered to leave our luggage after the check-out time, which was very thoughtful.October 2019
Very clean and cozy, well located apartment in London. Prime location to main train stations, King's Cross station is just opposite the building, and must see sites! Very happy we chose this place for our stay!October 2019
After several (too many) emails and messages about confirmation on how/when/where to meet the host to get the keys, a different person was the one showing me to the place half an hour later... He had been waiting at the apartment instead of the meeting point agreed and noted. And I only find out when ringing over and over to know where the person thta i was supposed to meet was.... The place does the job in size, just about. It had two coffee plungers, both broken. No coffee machine. Two instant coffee sachets with 4 sugars and 4 milk... For 4 guests over 2 nights stay.... No paper towels or kitchen towels... One tiny bottle of shower gel... For 4 guests over 2 nights stay.... Come on guys, this is basic service that is inexpensive for you considering the price paid for the staying... The bedroom window was sealed and would not open. And with the heating at minimum the place was still really hot. Beyond that even, what about safety?? Between location, quality of the place and service, it definitely is a poor value for money relation. My in-laws paid 60 pounds less for a significantly better place around the corner from where we stayed with the same size and capacity on the same weekend. Location was great, but that was it. Not impressed.October 2019
Gracias por todo, estuvimos felices , su casa exactamente como las fotos, muy linda y cómoda y exelante ubicación.August 2019
The place is conveniently located and about five minutes’ walk to the St. Pancras Station. There are though some room for improvement. We booked for four people for three days but there were only two tissue rolls placed in the bathroom which were way too under supplied. It would be nice if the introduction of the property also mentioned that there were only stairway to the apartment. Our room was on the first floor facing the street and at night it was rather noisy because of the traffic. The bedroom and the living room are nice and comfortable. The fridge is huge!August 2019
