King's Cross Apartment is located within 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes by bus from King's Cross station which is the third-busiest station on the system after Waterloo and Victoria, and serves more lines than any other (Circle line, Hammersmith & City line, Metropolitan line, Northern line, Piccadilly line and Victoria line) . It is in Travelcard Zone 1. It also has 12 major bus routes taking you all over the capital. Only 3 minutes walking from Angel Station ( Northern Line) and a bit more from the vibrant Upper street full of shops, restaurants and cafes, Almeida Theatre, Business Design Centre.
Within easy walking distance you can also enjoy London's Canal Museum, the British Library, the stunning architecture of St Pancras, the shopping and culinary delights of Islington. A pleasant walk along the canal will take you to the famous Camden Market.
Transport is absolutely fantastic. Pancras station and its Eurostar terminal to Paris and Brussels is less than a 10-minute walk away. Many buses into the centre and other parts of London can be found literally on your doorstep, and the West End can be reached in 15 minutes.

Angel is an area on the northern fringe of Central London. It is located 2 miles (3.2 km) north-northeast of Charing Cross on the Inner Ring Road at a busy transport intersection. The area is identified in the London Plan as one of 35 major centres in London. It is a significant commercial and retail centre, and a business improvement district. Angel straddles the ancient boundary of the parishes of Clerkenwell and Islington that later became the metropolitan boroughs of Finsbury and Islington. It is named from the former Angel Inn which stood on the corner of Islington High Street and Pentonville Road. Since 1965 the whole area has formed part of the London Borough of Islington in Greater London.
Getting to King's Cross couldn't be easier! King's Cross St Pancras links six London Underground lines with two national mainline train stations and international high speed rail. It's the best connected transport hub in London and the UK. One of the aims of the plan for King’s Cross was to open up the area to the public after a long history of enclosure as Railway Lands. Large parts of the site are still under construction and access is restricted for safety reasons. But as areas of the development are completed, new routes open. This started with the opening of King’s Boulevard in 2011, and a new pedestrian bridge over the canal – the first of three new bridges. This route links Granary Square and York Way with the stations. Also at Granary Square, the canal-side steps are a new way to reach the Regent’s Canal towpath.

-The lead guest must be over 21 years old and will be required to sign an occupation agreement upon arrival. That is for insurance, fiscal and legal purposes. All guests are required to show a valid identity card upon check-in, if not, they will not be allowed to enter .

- Sorry, no pets allowed
- Strictly no partying or loud noises. Please do not make too much noise when entering and leaving the flat in the evening and after 11 pm, as to respect our neighbours.
- No outsiders allowed in the apartment without our approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations.
- The final cleaning fee is intended as flat general cleaning. Keep the place reasonably clean and tidy and leave the kitchen cleaned (no dirty dishes and garbage left over). If not, please note that additional costs will be charged.
- The septic system is very effective, however it will clog up if improper material is flushed. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If that happened and clog the septic system damages will be charged.
- Lost keys or getting locked out: £100 per key set for replacement.
Check-in time is 2PM - 7PM.
**As we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date.
*Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
**Guests must be aged 21 or over, or accompanied by a responsible adult.
Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost:
From 12 noon to 2pm: £10 ( £15 on weekends)
From 7pm to 8pm: £25
From 8pm to 10pm: £35
From 10pm to 11pm: £45
No check-in after 11pm, except for agreement made previously.
Everything well organised, clean cosy, but the sofabed for one person comfortable for two grown up teenagers to small and noisy. For one or two nights ok. Everthing else very good, for 3 people perfekt. Would definitely book againNovember 2019
This flat is fantastic! Lots of space and super convenient location! For anyone with physical challenges, please note that the flat is located two flights up and there is no elevator. However, it’s worth the climb if you don’t have a ton of luggage. Sweetstay was a great host and did all they could to address any concerns. Would definitely recommend this place if you want to be in the King’s Cross area of town.November 2019

Every thing about the apartment was great. The location is pretty good, close the the tube and a big train station, but not rowdy or loud. The apartment had all the amenities you’d need for a weekend or a few weeks (or longer). The only issue we had was there no sheets or blankets for the hide-a-bed. As the apartment was advertised to sleep up to 4, having bedding for the other two occupants would have been nice. Since we were only there for a night, we managed well enough.August 2019
