The space

The accommodation is located in a quiet and private residential complex, in an elegant and prestigious setting. The loft is designed in the smallest detail and is equipped with all the comforts to welcome you. It is spread over about 55 square meters divided into two levels, on the upper floor is the sleeping area, composed of 1 master bedroom with double bed and 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine

Lower level opens the bright living area with kitchen consisting of kitchen with oven, dishwasher and dining table, living room with 3-seater sofa and TV

Among the most recommended the Javier Zanetti's restaurant "El Gaucho" in front of the house and the "Gelateria della musica" 3 minutes away.
It is walking distance to most of the cafés, restaurants & bars that Milan has to offer. Fantastic transport links meters away (two tube stations, bus and tram stops) for quick access to the major attractions. Come to enjoy being in the heart of the “Movida Milanese"!

The neighborhood

On the Navigli in Milan you can breathe a new atmosphere, different from that which characterizes the rest of the city. With the term "Navigli" we tend to refer to two of the canals that made up the intricate river system of the city: the Naviglio Grande and the Naviglio Pavese.
Here are concentrated most of the clubs and attractions that have made this corner of Milan famous, recently inserted by the authoritative New York Times among the 12 most beautiful streets of many European cities.

TOURIST CITY TAX: Euro 3 per person per night (maximum 7 nights), Children under 12 free of charge to be paid in cash upon arrival
The lead guest must be over 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term agreement upon arrival. That is for insurance, fiscal and legal purposes. All guests are required to show a valid identity card upon check-in, if not, they will not be allowed to enter (due to Italian Police regulations).
By Italian law, stays exceeding 30 nights will require a tenancy agreement ( contratto transitorio)

Strictly no partying or loud noises. Please do not make too much noise when entering and leaving the flat in the evening and after 11 pm, as to respect our neighbours.
No outsiders allowed in the apartment without written approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations.
The final cleaning fee is intended as check out general cleaning. Keep the place reasonably clean and tidy and leave the kitchen cleaned (no dirty dishes and garbage left over). If not, please note that additional costs may be charged. 
In Italian households there is an electricity power limit and if you use too many appliances at the same time the main switch might go off. Be sure to switch off the devices you were using before turning back on the electricity. The main switch looks like a white box and it will be shown to you upon arrival.
The septic system is very effective, however it will clog up if improper material is flushed. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If that happened and clog the septic system damages may be charged.
The municipality of Milan is classified in zone D. The activation period allowed for heating systems installed in zone D is from beginning of November to 15 April. Dates may vary every year upon municipality rules.
Building’s centralised AC and heating are subject to limitations (normally AC is turned off from end of September to beginning of Spring. Dates may vary every year upon municipality rules.
Lost keys or getting locked out: Euro 100 per key set for replacement.
For stays above 30 days and above the Client will be responsible for paying bills on top of the agreed Rental fee, at the end of the stay based on Client's real consumption.

Check-in time is from 3PM
The door has a smart access system which means you can simply open it with your phone by downloading an app.
