The location could hardly be better - the apartment is nestled in the heart of Malaga's historic centre. Given this, it's a pleasant surprise to find that the apartment benefits from both a rooftop pool and free parking on site!

**IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW**
- Lead guest must be over 21 years old and sign a short-term agreement upon arrival for insurance, fiscal, and legal purposes.
- All guests must show a valid ID at check-in; failure to do so will result in entry refusal due to Spanish Police regulations.
- Stays over 30 nights require a tenancy agreement (contratto transitorio) by Spanish law.
- No smoking or pets allowed.
- Strictly no parties or loud noises.
- Please be considerate when entering and leaving the flat, especially after 11 PM, to respect our neighbors.
- No outside visitors without written approval.
- Final cleaning fee covers general cleaning; keep the place tidy and clean the kitchen before checkout to avoid additional charges.

- Use only toilet paper in the toilet to prevent septic system damage; no feminine products should be flushed.
- Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 replacement fee per key set.
- For stays exceeding 30 days, clients are responsible for utility bills based on actual consumption in addition to the rental fee.
- For added convenience, guests will be greeted at the property.
