Space
Lovely apartment on the first floor in of a building in Mid Beach.
The entrance hall leads into the open plan living and dining area, with wooden floor and filled with natural light. The house has been professionally designed and is filled with stylish features and comfy furnishings.
The bright living area features a sofa bed (sleeps one extra person), flat screen television as well as a free Wi-Fi connection available throughout the flat.
You will also find a trendy wooden dining table and chairs for 4, should you decide to stay in and cook one evening instead of going out to one of the many chic restaurants of the area.
There is a separate fully fitted kitchenette with a stove, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, microwave, drip coffee maker teakettle and more. Full sets of cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots and pans and other utensils so you can make a meal right at home.
A washing and dryer machine ($1.75 per load) in the communal laundry room of the building will allow you to pack light and save room for all of your souvenirs. A iron and board are provided for your convenience.
The living room leads to the sleeping area with a comfortable double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The apartment has air conditioning for the maximum comfort of your stay

Neighborhood
If you're thinking about traveling to South Beach, then you probably already know it's the best place on Earth! Perfect weather year round, the bath water warmth of the Atlantic Ocean, historic deco architecture, world class night life, beautiful sun kissed populace and stunning views of the American Riviera overlooking the city of Miami. Basically, South Beach is paradise.

Getting around
You're located in the center of South Beach & bikes are readily available. South Beach is a very concentrated island and parking is available for an additional nightly rate. The preferred method is Uber/Lyft since you're only about a 5-10 minute ride away from anywhere worth going. Take it from a local, Uber and Lyft are your way to an enjoyable vacation. If you wish to rent a vehicle for a day, there is a Rental Car agency within walking distance from the apartment.

Other things to note
IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ PAYING ATTENTION
- The lead guest must be over 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term agreement upon arrival and provide their ID through a secure link.
- Smoking is not allowed
- Sorry, no pets allowed
- Strictly no partying or loud noises. Please do not make too much noise when entering and leaving the flat in the evening and after 11 pm, as to respect our neighbours.
- No outsiders allowed in the apartment without our approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations.
- The final cleaning fee is intended as flat general cleaning. Keep the place reasonably clean and tidy and leave the kitchen cleaned (no dirty dishes and garbage left over). If not, please note that additional costs will be charged. 
- The septic system is very effective, however it will clog up if improper material is flushed. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If that happened and clog the septic system damages will be charged.
- Lost keys or getting locked out: $100 per key set for replacement.
- Please note that it is expected that 2 people share a double bed. Please contact us if you have different sleeping requirements.
