As you enter the apartment, you're greeted by a fresh and modern decor that combines comfort with elegance. The inviting bedroom promise a peaceful slumber with luxurious linens and tranquil surroundings. A contemporary bathroom, complete with all the necessary amenities and plush towels, adds to the comfort of your stay.
The kitchenette, while compact, is perfectly fitted with a microwave, kettle, toaster, and washing machine to cater to your daily needs. While traditional cooking facilities like a stove and oven are not available, this gives you the perfect excuse to explore the gastronomic delights that Gibraltar's central eateries have to offer.
The living space is thoughtfully arranged for relaxation and socializing, equipped with free Wi-Fi and entertainment options for those quiet nights in.
There is a sofa bed that opens in a double size bed. But it's the building's communal area that truly sets this property apart—a charming space complete with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean breeze or mingling with fellow travelers.

## Notes
IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ PAYING ATTENTION

- The Government of Gibraltar has recently announced the introduction of a Sustainable Tourism Tax (STT) that will take effect as from 1st August 2022. All visitors staying in hotels in Gibraltar from that date onwards will have to pay £3.00 per person, per night for the duration of their stay.
- The lead guest must be over 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term agreement upon arrival. That is for insurance, fiscal and legal purposes. All guests are required to show a valid identity card upon check-in, if not, they will not be allowed to enter
- Smoking is not allowed
- Sorry, no pets allowed
- Strictly no partying or loud noises. Please do not make too much noise when entering and leaving the flat in the evening and after 11 pm, as to respect our neighbours.
- No outsiders allowed in the apartment without our approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations.
The final cleaning fee is intended as flat general cleaning. Keep the place reasonably clean and tidy and leave the kitchen cleaned (no dirty dishes and garbage left over). If not, please note that additional costs will be charged. 
- The septic system is very effective, however it will clog up if improper material is flushed. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If that happened and clog the septic system damages will be charged.
- Lost keys or getting locked out: £100 per key set for replacement.
- Please note that it is expected that 2 people share a double bed. Please contact us if you have different sleeping requirements.

Check-in time is from 3pm to 11pm with self check-in.
Any early or late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
