Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by a fresh, modern decor that epitomises comfort and sophistication. The bedroom area, with its real double-size bed, is a haven of tranquility, offering luxurious linens for a restful sleep. The contemporary bathroom, equipped with essential amenities and plush towels, enhances your comfort.
The fully equipped kitchenette, although compact, includes a oven stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, and washing machine, meeting your daily needs. The central location encourages you to venture out and savour the culinary offerings of central Gibraltar's eateries.
The living space is designed for relaxation and socializing, complete with free Wi-Fi and entertainment options for cozy nights in.

## Access
Guests will be given directions to a lockbox situated at a different spot in our office, near the property's address, for key collection.

We are at your complete disposal to answer any questions before and during your stay.
## Neighborhood
Centrally located in the heart of Gibraltar there are numerous coffee shops and cafe's just a stones throw away.
## Notes
- The Government of Gibraltar has recently announced the introduction of a Sustainable Tourism Tax (STT) that will take effect as from 1st August 2022. All visitors staying in hotels in Gibraltar from that date onwards will have to pay £3.00 per person, per night for the duration of their stay.
- The lead guest must be over 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term agreement upon arrival. That is for insurance, fiscal and legal purposes. All guests are required to show a valid identity card upon check-in, if not, they will not be allowed to enter
- Smoking is not allowed
- Sorry, no pets allowed
- Strictly no partying or loud noises. Please do not make too much noise when entering and leaving the flat in the evening and after 11 pm, as to respect our neighbours.
- No outsiders allowed in the apartment without our approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations.
The final cleaning fee is intended as flat general cleaning. Keep the place reasonably clean and tidy and leave the kitchen cleaned (no dirty dishes and garbage left over). If not, please note that additional costs will be charged. 
- The septic system is very effective, however it will clog up if improper material is flushed. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If that happened and clog the septic system damages will be charged.
- Lost keys or getting locked out: £100 per key set for replacement.
- Please note that it is expected that 2 people share a double bed. Please contact us if you have different sleeping requirements.
Check-in is available from 3PM to 11PM. You can self-check-in by collecting the key from a lockbox located in our office at 27 City Mill Ln.
