This is one of the most vibrant neighborhoods of the old city, 5 to 10 minutes away from the main city monuments ( PONTE VECCHIO,DUOMO, UFFIZI)

The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and will need to sign a short-term agreement upon arrival for insurance, fiscal, and legal purposes. All guests must present a valid ID at check-in, failure to do so will result in denial of entry (according to Italian Police regulations).
Stays exceeding 30 nights require a tenancy agreement (contratto transitorio) as per Italian law.
Smoking and pets are not permitted.
Strictly no parties or loud noises. Please keep noise to a minimum when entering and leaving the premises, especially after 11 pm, out of respect for our neighbors.
No unauthorized visitors allowed without written approval to comply with police regulations.
The final cleaning fee covers general cleaning upon checkout. Please maintain cleanliness and tidiness during your stay and ensure the kitchen is left clean (no dirty dishes or garbage). Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
Italian households have a power limit; using too many appliances simultaneously may trip the main switch. Switch off devices before restoring power. The main switch, resembling a white box, will be indicated upon arrival.
To prevent damage, only flush toilet paper down the toilet. Feminine products or other materials can clog the septic system, resulting in additional charges.
Florence is classified in zone D for heating activation, permitted from November 1st to April 15th.
Centralized AC systems have seasonal limitations (typically from late September to early spring).
Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 replacement fee per key set.
For stays exceeding 30 days, clients are responsible for additional bills based on actual consumption, payable at the end of the stay.e Client will be responsible for paying bills on top of the agreed Rental fee, at the end of the stay based on Client's real consumption.
Check-in time is 3PM - 7PM
As we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date.
Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost:
From 12 noon to 3pm: €10 ( €15 on weekends)
From 7pm to 8pm: €25
From 8pm to 10pm: €35
From 10pm to MIDNIGHT: €45
No check-in after MIDNIGHT, except for agreement made previously.
The flat is inside the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). Ask me all the info you need about parkings!
