Within walking distance is the splendid Duomo, the main squares and a plethora of charming streets lined with baroque palazzi, churches, shops, restaurants and bars.
The cosy flat has been renovated by mixing modern minimalism and classic Sicilian style.
The accommodation is on two levels, accessible through an independent entrance. There is a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a mezzanine with a double bed, and a bathroom with shower. Perfectly furnished and equipped with hot and cold air conditioning, free fibre optic WI-Fi (up to 200Mbps!), television, hairdryer.
There is also a sofa bed in the living room for an extra bed, ideal for families with a child.
The flat is centrally located and in a few minutes you can reach the old town centre. Numerous beaches can be reached by car in a short time. Numerous characteristic towns such as Catania, Syracuse, Taormina, Marzamemi, Modica, Ragusa and Scicli can be reached by car in a short time from Noto. Also worth a visit are the Riviera dei Ciclopi and the natural oasis of Vendicari, which can also be reached in a short time.

The house is located in the very heart of the historical centre: Noto most famous monuments are literally a few steps away!
In Corso Vittorio Emanuele, you will also find the best restaurants, bars and pastry shops in town. Here also many other amenities to make your stay super comfortable.
A beautiful walk back in time is just waiting behind your doorstep!
## Transit
Coming by car, you can park in the adjacent streets.
Given the central location of the apartment, it won't be necessary having a car to get around and explore the city centre.
However, a car is strongly recommended if you wish to explore the surrounding area and the stunning sandy beaches in this corner of Sicily.
If you are coming by bus, the apartment is located a few hundred meters from the bus stop.

IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ PAYING ATTENTION
-TOURIST CITY TAX: Euro 0.50 per person per night (maximum 5 nights), Children under 12 free of charge to be paid in cash upon arrival
-The lead guest must be over 21 years old and will be required to sign an occupation agreement upon arrival. That is for insurance, fiscal and legal purposes. All guests are required to show a valid identity card upon check-in, if not, they will not be allowed to enter (due to Italian Police regulations).
- Smoking is not allowed
- Sorry, no pets allowed
- Strictly no partying or loud noises. Please do not make too much noise when entering and leaving the flat in the evening and after 11 pm, as to respect our neighbours.
- No outsiders allowed in the apartment without our approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations.
- The final cleaning fee is intended as flat general cleaning. Keep the place reasonably clean and tidy and leave the kitchen cleaned (no dirty dishes and garbage left over). If not, please note that additional costs will be charged.
- The septic system is very effective, however it will clog up if improper material is flushed. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If that happened and clog the septic system damages will be charged.
- Lost keys or getting locked out: Euro 100 per key set for replacement.
- Please note that it is expected that 2 people share a double bed. Please contact us if you have different sleeping requirements.
Check-in time is from 3pm to Midnight with self check-in.
Any early or late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
