The entrance leads to a bright hallway that leads to a large, bright and well-appointed living room with a sofa bed for two people, a 55-inch 4K UHD Smart TV with internet and app access, and an elegant dining table for your dinner.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and oven, electric kettle, toaster and knife set, dishwasher and Nespresso Vertuo. All kitchen equipment is provided, from pots and pans to cutlery and utensils.

The living room leads to two bedrooms that boast sumptuous double beds.

All rooms are equipped with, wardrobes, drawers and windows.

Marble Arch/ Hyde Park is one on the most prestigious and desirable locations in London.
Within minutes of the property guests will be in the hustle and bustle of world-famous Oxford Street.
Hyde Park is almost right opposite the property.
Guests will find many shops and cafes, such as Starbucks, Pret A Manger, Paul. There is also a Pizza Hut, and McDonalds nearby, and many supermarkets such as Waitrose and Tesco.
Furthermore, in Edgware Road, which is a few minutes walk away guests will find many Middle Eastern Restaurants and eateries.
Pay and display parking in surrounding streets.

** Please note we will check the passport of the person who booked upon arrival **
-The lead guest must be over 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term agreement upon arrival. That is for insurance, fiscal and legal purposes. All guests are required to show a valid identity card upon check-in, if not, they will not be allowed to enter .
- Smoking is not allowed
- Sorry, no pets allowed
- Strictly no partying or loud noises. Please do not make too much noise when entering and leaving the flat in the evening and after 11 pm, as to respect our neighbours. The building has a 24/7 reception, any disturbance will be promptly addressed
- No outsiders allowed in the apartment without our approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations.
-The final cleaning fee is intended as flat general cleaning. Keep the place reasonably clean and tidy and leave the kitchen cleaned (no dirty dishes and garbage left over). If not, please note that additional costs will be charged. 
- The septic system is very effective, however it will clog up if improper material is flushed. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If that happened and clog the septic system damages will be charged.
- Lost keys or getting locked out: £100 per key set for replacement.
- Please note that it is expected that 2 people share a double bed. Please contact us if you have different sleeping requirements.

ARRIVAL:
You will be welcomed at the reception of the building, make sure to acknowledge the following requirements:

- You have completed the online check in and digitally signed (clear name and surname) the rental contract. Mandatory fields cannot be left blank.
- Have a valid photo ID of all the occupants (passports), in particular the cardholder name must match the name on the ID
- A security deposit is required.
- Check in hours are between 3pm and 8pm from Monday to Friday
- Check in hours are between 3pm and 8pm on Saturday and Sunday at a cost of £10

Late check-in is between 20:00 and 22:00 at a cost of £30.
NOTE: Late check-in is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
