A stone's throw away from Duomo and all major attractions and venues of the world’s fashion & design capital. Porta Venezia station is 2 minutes away, from there only 3 stops (5 minutes) you are in Duomo's square.
Direct 20 min train to Milan Rho Fiera Exhibition Center stops only 2 mins walk away!

The unit comes with air conditioning throughout the whole space, washer/dryer machine and a Fibre Option WiFi connection

Access
The apartment is at your complete and private disposal.
Check-in time is 3PM - 7PM
As we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date.
Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.

Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost:
From 12 noon to 3pm: €10 ( €15 on weekends)
From 7pm to 8pm: €25
From 8pm to 10pm: €35
From 10pm to MIDNIGHT: €45
No check-in after MIDNIGHT, except for agreement made previously.

Neighborhood
Lively yet low traffic street with plenty of restaurants, shops, bars, fast food, Asian food and art galleries. Only a minute away from the renowned for its shopping Corso Buenos Aires. Duomo reachable on foot in only 15 minutes. Central train station in less than 10. Rho Fiera 20 min by direct train that stops within 2 min walking distance.

Getting around
Well connected area with regional underground train station only 3 min away. Direct 20 min trains to Milan Fiera exhibition centre with only few stops (not 50 min subway trips!). Subway is also 3 min. away. Duomo is 2 stops away. Central station is 15 minutes walk. Walking distance from Fashion district.

## Notes
**IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY**

- Tourist City Tax: €4.50 per person per night.
- The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and must sign a short-term agreement upon arrival for insurance, fiscal, and legal purposes. All guests must show a valid ID at check-in; failure to do so will result in denial of entry (in compliance with Italian Police regulations).
- Stays exceeding 30 nights require a tenancy agreement (contratto transitorio) as per Italian law.
- Smoking and pets are prohibited.
- Strictly no parties or loud noises. Please respect our neighbors by minimizing noise during entry and exit, especially after 11 pm.
- No unauthorized visitors allowed to comply with police regulations.
- The final cleaning fee covers general cleaning upon check-out. Please maintain cleanliness during your stay, especially in the kitchen; failure to do so may result in additional charges.
- Italian households have an electricity usage limit; overloading may trip the main switch. Please switch off devices before resetting the electricity, indicated by a white box upon arrival.
- The septic system is efficient but may clog if improper materials are flushed. Only toilet paper should be flushed; damages resulting from clogs may incur charges.
- Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 fee per key set for replacement.
- For stays exceeding 30 days, the client is responsible for additional utility bills, payable at the end of the stay based on actual consumption.
