Enjoy an amazing stay at our fully furnished apartment in exclusive accommodation located in Marina Bay, Ocean Village.
Our bright and large 2 bedroom apartment is simply beautiful. It has been thoughtfully designed to look good and be functional at the same time, it can accommodate up to 4 people.

- fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave and coffee maker
- luxury bathroom with spacious multi jet shower, toilet and bidet, that will make getting ready for your days and nights out a dream.

The 18 metre communal pool is located right next to the building on the ground floor. It is large and nice, with ample sun chair area.
Better than a hotel and more comfortable, you can make use of our full kitchen and dining area. You’ll find a washing machine tucked away in the cupboard.

Access
Check-in is available from 3PM to 11PM. You can self-check-in by collecting the key from a lockbox located in our office at 27 City Mill Ln.

IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ PAYING ATTENTION

- The Government of Gibraltar has recently announced the introduction of a Sustainable Tourism Tax (STT) that will take effect as from 1st August 2022. All visitors staying in hotels in Gibraltar from that date onwards will have to pay £3.00 per person, per night for the duration of their stay.
- The lead guest must be over 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term agreement upon arrival. That is for insurance, fiscal and legal purposes. All guests are required to show a valid identity card upon check-in, if not, they will not be allowed to enter
- Smoking is not allowed
- Sorry, no pets allowed
- Strictly no partying or loud noises. Please do not make too much noise when entering and leaving the flat in the evening and after 11 pm, as to respect our neighbours.
- No outsiders allowed in the apartment without our approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations.
The final cleaning fee is intended as flat general cleaning. Keep the place reasonably clean and tidy and leave the kitchen cleaned (no dirty dishes and garbage left over). If not, please note that additional costs will be charged. 
- The septic system is very effective, however it will clog up if improper material is flushed. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If that happened and clog the septic system damages will be charged.
- Lost keys or getting locked out: £100 per key set for replacement.
- Please note that it is expected that 2 people share a double bed. Please contact us if you have different sleeping requirements.
