The rooftop spa facility is reserved for guests over 18 years old - There is a separate outdoor pool facility complete with several pool, sun beds and an indoor jacuzzi for guest of all ages. The access is not included in the rent (£15 and is non refundable and a receipt for each payment must be given by the Security officer  in cash payment only)
The Ocean Spa Plaza is a residential building and not a hotel or holiday flat block, so it is important that all guests respect the following rules:
- Do not disturb other residents, do not shout or slam doors.
- Do not throw litter or cigarette butts on the balconies.
- No open fire barbecues
- Do not hang laundry or cloths on or near the balustrade glass. (keep at the back so as not to be conspicuous)
- It is strictly forbidden to organise parties in the flat or on the balconies.
- Silence after 22:00
- Please note that access to the rooftop pool area is only permitted to persons over the age of 18. On the 8th floor there is a pool area that may be used by persons under 18 years of age.

## Access
Check-in is available from 3PM to 11PM. You can self-check-in by collecting the key from a lockbox located in our office at 27 City Mill Ln.

## Neighborhood
City Suites Ocean Spa Plaza is in the vibrant and lively Ocean Village - the centre of Gibraltar. With the best restaurants, bars and stores all within walking distance, you won't have to look too far for entertainment. Main Street is also only 5 minutes away for guests who are looking forward to the Gibraltar shopping experience.
## Transit
Ocean Spa Plaza building is equipped with a paid public parking for guests looking to get around by car. However, the apartment is located in the Centre of Gibraltar with easy access to most entertainment on foot.
## Notes
- As from 1 August 2022, hotel and Air BnB visitors will be required to pay £3 per person per night for the duration of their stay in Gibraltar.
- The lead guest must be over 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term agreement upon arrival. That is for insurance, fiscal and legal purposes. All guests are required to show a valid identity card upon check-in, if not, they will not be allowed to enter .
- Smoking is not allowed
- Sorry, no pets allowed
- Strictly no partying or loud noises. Please do not make too much noise when entering and leaving the flat in the evening and after 11 pm, as to respect our neighbours.
- No outsiders allowed in the apartment without our approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations.
The final cleaning fee is intended as flat general cleaning. Keep the place reasonably clean and tidy and leave the kitchen cleaned (no dirty dishes and garbage left over). If not, please note that additional costs will be charged. 
- The septic system is very effective, however it will clog up if improper material is flushed. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If that happened and clog the septic system damages will be charged.
- Lost keys or getting locked out: £100 per key set for replacement.
- Please note that it is expected that 2 people share a double bed. Please contact us if you have different sleeping requirements.
Check-in time is from 3pm to 11pm with self check-in.
Any early or late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
· Short lets must register themselves at security reception and provide proof of booking and photographic ID (e.g. passport)
· Cards will be available from the security office between 0730hrs and 1830hrs, 7 days a week
· Cards can be collected and paid for by the agents in advance of their clients arrival but cards cannot be left with Security.
· All cards access will expire at the end of the clients contract.
· Short let cards are different from the normal cards and indicate a sequence number, Apt number, expiry date, number of adults and possible number of children allowed access to the resort.
· Cards will only be issued to the maximum number entitled for the number of bedrooms in the apartment. Pool access per apartment type:
· Studios: maximum two cards or 1 card and a child under 16
· One bedroom apartment: maximum 2 cards or 1 card and 1 child under 16
· Two bedroom apartment: maximum 4 cards or 3 cards and 1 child under 16, or 2 cards and 2 children under 16 or 1 card and 3 children under 16
· Three bedroom apartment: maximum 6 cards or 5 cards with 1 child, or 4 cards and 2 children, or 3 cards and 3 children, or 2 cards and 4 children
· All cards are personal and non-transferable
· Each card issued will carry a charge of £15 and is non refundable and a receipt for each payment must be given by the Security officer (cash payment only)
- Please note pool facilities in this building are partially closed during the off-season.

Swimming Pool Waiver and Release of Liability:
• At no time is there a lifeguard on duty, you (the renter) are responsible for the safe operation of the pool and are responsible for all persons using the pool during your stay.
• The use of the pool facilities during your stay involves certain risks, including but not limited to:
1. The risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the pool equipment;
2. The risk of injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area;
3. The risk of injuries resulting from unsupervised divers and swimmers colliding;
4. The risk of other injuries resulting from participating in any action in the pool.
• You recognize and fully understand that the above list is not a complete or exhaustive list of all possible risks.
