Space
Situated in an unbeatable location, close to restaurants, the beach, nightlife and family activities. It is extremely central but very quiet. You can wake up in the morning and within 1 minute walk you can dive into the crystal clear sea for a refreshing swim.
Very well furnished, lovely, modern, very comfortable and bright flat on the fifth floor of a small apartment building with an amazing communal swimming pool.
The flat also offers 2 private parking spaces, a real luxury in Malta!
Located just behind Spinola Bay, in the heart of St Julians with countless restaurants. Buses, taxis and supermarkets are within a 5-7 minute walk.
This flat has a very pleasant, typical Maltese atmosphere; it offers a large living room with two sofas (one of which is a bed), large flat screen TV and dining table, access to balcony.
This is followed by a kitchen equipped with a cooker, dishwasher, oven, kettle and toaster, with a dining isle and access to a covered balcony.
Then there are two bedrooms, both with television and small balcony, one with a double bed and one with two single beds; a large bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a service bathroom with toilet and sink. Finally, there is a laundrette with washing machine and dryer.
Each room has its own balcony, air conditioning throughout the apartment and high-speed internet.

Access
The apartment is at your complete and private disposal.
For added convenience, access is facilitated by a self-check-in process. You will receive a secure link from which to upload your IDs and receive the instructions. Check-in hours are between 3 PM and midnight.

Neighborhood
The property is in a central location, close to many amenities and is a short distance away from supermarket, entertainment, restaurants, beaches and sightseeing locations. 10 mins walk to beach/St Julians/Paceville area.

Getting around
Easy access via public buses, taxi, electronic scooters or by footThere is a multi story car park 5 minutes away from the apartment, however on street parking is also available at no cost at all.
There is a taxi service and a bus stop 5 minutes up the road from the apartment so getting around to all the cultural hot spots and beaches is very easy.
The bus stop is right across the road from the apt where you can visit the island from north to south!

Environmental Contribution
As announced in the 2016 Budget, the Government has introduced an Environmental Contribution on stays at all types of accommodation as from June 20th, 2016. The main objective of this Environmental Contribution is to improve quality along the tourism value chain. In fact, all revenue generated from this initiative will be directed solely and exclusively to upgrade and embellish the local infrastructure in touristic areas around the Maltese Islands. The contribution is payable by all tourists who are 18 years or older irrespective of nationality (including locals).
It amounts to €0.50 per person for each night spent on the Maltese Islands at any type of accommodation such as hotels, guesthouses, hostels, resorts, apartments, farmhouses, villas, timeshare and host families, amongst others.
The contribution is capped at a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay.
A heads up that during the nice season ants is a common problem on the island. We do provide ants traps and repellent spray which normally work well, but expect to see some ants during your trip!

Strictly no partying or loud noises. Please do not make too much noise when entering and leaving the flat in the evening and after 11 pm, as to respect our neighbours.
No outsiders allowed in the apartment without written approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations.
The final cleaning fee is intended as check out general cleaning. Keep the place reasonably clean and tidy and leave the kitchen cleaned (no dirty dishes and garbage left over). If not, please note that additional costs may be charged. 
The septic system is very effective, however it will clog up if improper material is flushed. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If that happened and clog the septic system damages may be charged.
Lost keys or getting locked out: Euro 100 per key set for replacement.
For stays above 30 days and above the Client will be responsible for paying bills on top of the agreed Rental fee, at the end of the stay based on Client's real consumption.
Check-in time is from 3pm to Midnight with self check-in.
Any early or late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
Swimming Pool Waiver and Release of Liability:
• At no time is there a lifeguard on duty, you (the renter) are responsible for the safe operation of the pool and are responsible for all persons using the pool during your stay.
• The use of the pool facilities during your stay involves certain risks, including but not limited to:
1. The risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the pool equipment;
2. The risk of injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area;
3. The risk of injuries resulting from unsupervised divers and swimmers colliding;
4. The risk of other injuries resulting from participating in any action in the pool.
