The square can be reached by subway, with a dedicated stop, or on foot from Central Station which is 900m away. The apartment is well-connected to public transportation, including the metro and bus lines, making it simple to explore Milan and its surrounding areas. If you're arriving by car, there are parking options nearby.
Notes
**IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY**
- TOURIST CITY TAX: €4.50 per person per night
- Lead guest must be over 21 years old and sign a short-term agreement upon arrival for insurance, fiscal, and legal purposes. All guests must show valid ID at check-in; entry will be denied without it (due to Italian Police regulations).
- Stays over 30 nights require a tenancy agreement (contratto transitorio) by Italian law.
- No smoking or pets allowed.
- Strictly no parties or loud noises. Please be respectful when entering and leaving the flat, especially after 11 PM, to avoid disturbing neighbors.
- No outsiders allowed in the apartment without written approval to comply with police regulations.
- The final cleaning fee covers general check-out cleaning. Please keep the place tidy and leave the kitchen clean to avoid additional charges.
- Italian households have an electricity power limit; using too many appliances simultaneously may trip the main switch. Be sure to turn off devices before restoring power; the main switch will be shown upon arrival.
- The septic system may clog if improper materials are flushed. Only toilet paper should be flushed; flushing feminine products or other items may result in damages and charges.
- Lost keys or lockouts: €100 per key set for replacement.
- For stays over 30 days, clients are responsible for utility bills on top of the agreed rental fee, based on actual consumption at the end of the stay.
Check-in time is 3PM - 7PM
As we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date.
Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost:
From 12 noon to 3pm: €10 ( €15 on weekends)
From 7pm to 8pm: €25
From 8pm to 10pm: €35
From 10pm to MIDNIGHT: €45
No check-in after MIDNIGHT, except for agreement made previously.
