This bright and lovely apartment provides modern comfort in the heart of Florence. Perfectly located near Santa Maria Novella train station and the famous Duomo, it accommodates comfortably up to four guests between one bedroom, one bathroom with shower and the sofa bed in the living room. it’s been recently renovated. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a beautiful building with elevator and can comfortably accommodate up to four people.
It features one double bedroom, one spacious bathroom (with shower). The living room has a comfortable sofa bed and TV.
There’s also a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. The apartment comes also with fast WiFi, and a washing machine.
It’s been recently renovated with a neutral and relaxing decor so you can make yourself at home after a long day exploring the city.

Getting around
At Largo Alinari, you'll be within convenient walking distance to nearly all of the city's major attractions. But it's the incredible proximity to the Santa Maria Novella station that will give you complete freedom over your visit. Not only is it a great place to hail a taxi, it also allows you to easily organize day excursions to other Tuscan cities like Pisa, Lucca, Siena, and Arezzo, not to mention anxiety-free travel to your next vacation destination.
As an added bonus, you'll find bus stops in front of the building that can take you to Piazzale Michelangelo or Fiesole for fresh air and breathtaking views of the city. Or, if you prefer, hop on a bus to "The Mall" luxury outlet for an unforgettable shopping experience.
NOTES
**Important Information for Your Stay**
- Tourist City Tax: €5.50 per person per night (up to a maximum of 7 nights).
- Lead Guest Requirements: The lead guest must be over 21 years old and will need to sign a short-term agreement upon arrival for insurance, fiscal, and legal purposes.
- Identification: All guests must show a valid ID upon check-in. Failure to do so will result in denial of entry due to Italian Police regulations.
- Stays Over 30 Nights: Stays exceeding 30 nights require a tenancy agreement (contratto transitorio) as per Italian law.
House Rules: - No smoking or pets allowed. - Strictly no parties or loud noises. - Please be mindful of noise levels, especially after 11 pm, to respect our neighbors. - Outsiders are not permitted in the apartment without written approval to comply with police regulations.
Cleaning: Please ensure the place is reasonably clean and tidy, and the kitchen is left clean. Additional costs may apply for excessive mess.
Electricity: Be mindful of electricity usage as Italian households have power limits. Turn off devices before resetting the main switch, which will be shown to you upon arrival.
Septic System: Only flush toilet paper down the toilet to avoid clogging the septic system. Charges may apply for damages caused by improper flushing.
Heating and Air Conditioning: Heating systems are active from 1 November to 15 April. Centralized AC may be subject to limitations, typically turned off from the end of September to the beginning of Spring.
Lost Keys: Replacement of lost keys or getting locked out incurs a fee of €100 per key set.
Extended Stays: For stays exceeding 30 days, the client is responsible for paying bills on top of the agreed rental fee based on actual consumption at the end of the stay.
Check-in time is 3PM - 7PM
As we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date.
Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost:
From 12 noon to 3pm: €10 ( €15 on weekends)
From 7pm to 8pm: €25
From 8pm to 10pm: €35
From 10pm to MIDNIGHT: €45
No check-in after MIDNIGHT, except for agreement made previously.
