Ideally situated near the Santa Maria Novella train station and the iconic Duomo, it comfortably accommodates up to four guests with one bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a sofa bed in the living room. Recently renovated, it's the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city.

Located on the 1st floor of a charming building with an elevator, this apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests. It includes a double bedroom, a spacious bathroom with a shower, and a living room featuring a cozy sofa bed and TV. The dining area is adjacent to a well-equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher. Additional amenities include fast WiFi and a washing machine. Please note that there is no air conditioning. The apartment has been recently renovated with a neutral and relaxing decor, providing a welcoming space to unwind after exploring the city.

Access
Check-in time is 3PM - 7PM
As we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date.
Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost:
From 12 noon to 3pm: €10 ( €15 on weekends)
From 7pm to 8pm: €25
From 8pm to 10pm: €35
From 10pm to MIDNIGHT: €45
No check-in after MIDNIGHT, except for agreement made previously.

Neighborhood
Situated in one of the most convenient and accessible areas of Florence, the apartment is just steps away from the train station and within a short walk to many of the city’s top attractions. The Duomo, Galleria dell’Accademia, Piazza della Signoria, the Uffizi, and Ponte Vecchio are all easily reachable on foot. The neighborhood is rich with stores, bars, and restaurants, and is only a couple of blocks from the bustling Mercato Centrale, where you can find authentic Tuscan food merchants, a modern food hall upstairs, and a mini Eataly store for souvenirs. For unique gifts, don't miss the nearby Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella, an historic apothecary offering beautifully packaged perfumes, lotions, and potions.

Getting around
At Largo Alinari, you'll be within convenient walking distance to nearly all of the city's major attractions. But it's the incredible proximity to the Santa Maria Novella station that will give you complete freedom over your visit. Not only is it a great place to hail a taxi, it also allows you to easily organize day excursions to other Tuscan cities like Pisa, Lucca, Siena, and Arezzo, not to mention anxiety-free travel to your next vacation destination.
As an added bonus, you'll find bus stops in front of the building that can take you to Piazzale Michelangelo or Fiesole for fresh air and breathtaking views of the city. Or, if you prefer, hop on a bus to "The Mall" luxury outlet for an unforgettable shopping experience.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Age Requirement: The primary guest must be over 21 years old and will sign a short-term agreement at check-in for insurance, tax, and legal reasons.
Identification: All guests must provide a valid ID at check-in in compliance with Italian police regulations through a secure link. Failure to do so will result in denied entry.
Long-term Stays: By Italian law, stays over 30 nights require a tenancy agreement.
No Smoking
No Pets
Noise Restrictions: Strictly no parties or loud noises. Please be considerate of noise levels when entering and exiting the flat, especially after 11 PM.
Visitors: No external guests in the apartment without prior written approval, as per police regulations.
Cleaning Fee: Covers check-out cleaning only. Please maintain cleanliness, including kitchen clean-up (no leftover dirty dishes or garbage). Additional charges may apply for non-compliance.
Electricity Usage notice: Italian homes have a limited electricity capacity. Using multiple appliances simultaneously may trip the main switch. To reset the power, turn off the devices before switching the electricity back on. The main switch, a white box, will be pointed out to you upon arrival.
Plumbing: Only toilet paper should be flushed. Disposing of other items, especially feminine products, can cause blockages and may incur damage charges.
Heating Regulations: Per local laws in Florence (zone D), heating is permitted only from November 1 to April 15.
Lost Keys: A fee of €100 will be charged for each lost key set.
Utilities for Long Stays: For stays exceeding 30 days, the guest is responsible for all utility bills, calculated based on actual usage at the end of the stay.
