The apartment is ideally located between st Julian and Sliema ferry, in a quiet street and a short walk from the seafront and the promenade.
Bus stop, cafe and restaurant are within walking distance.

You will have full access of this apartment which is on the 3rd floor served with lift.
Fully air-conditioned, it sleeps up to 6 people.
1st bedroom with double bed and with AC and balcony, 2nd bedroom (there is no window) with double bed and with AC.
Open plan fully equipped Kitchen / dining / living room with AC as well where it's possible to add 2 foldable beds. It’s fully furnished with oven and hob, fridge and freezer, etc.
There is another balcony in the living room, an LED TV with free cable access and also unlimited free Wi-Fi.
Towels, bed linen, pillows and blankets are also provided free of charge. In the apartment there is also a washing machine. A travel cot is available upon request,

## Access
The flat is on the third floor of one of the newest buildings on the street. A high ceilinged building enjoying plenty of natural light for the duration of the day.

## Neighborhood
The property is located in one of the most sought after streets in the area. It is a short walk from the Sliema promenade where you can sample a wide selection of cafes and restaurants, enjoy a nice walk, or head down to the beach for a swim.
## Transit
The best way to see the place is on foot, but for the more distant destinations Sliema is very well connected with the bus routes to other parts of the island, and taxis are available within minutes of requesting the service. There are also bicycles and electric cars available for sharing. Two bus stops are on the promenade a few minutes walk from the apartment.
You will find the timetables and route on publictransport malta.
Parking is free on the street and there are often places available nearby when you are not in the high tourist season.

Environmental Contribution
As announced in the 2016 Budget, the Government has introduced an Environmental Contribution on stays at all types of accommodation as from June 20th, 2016. The main objective of this Environmental Contribution is to improve quality along the tourism value chain. In fact, all revenue generated from this initiative will be directed solely and exclusively to upgrade and embellish the local infrastructure in touristic areas around the Maltese Islands.The contribution is payable by all tourists who are 18 years or older irrespective of nationality (including locals).
It amounts to €0.50 per person for each night spent on the Maltese Islands at any type of accommodation such as hotels, guesthouses, hostels, resorts, apartments, farmhouses, villas, timeshare and host families, amongst others.
The contribution is capped at a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay.
A heads up that during the nice season ants is a common problem on the island. We do provide ants traps and repellent spray which normally work well, but expect to see some ants during your trip!

Strictly no partying or loud noises. Please do not make too much noise when entering and leaving the flat in the evening and after 11 pm, as to respect our neighbours.
No outsiders allowed in the apartment without written approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations.
The final cleaning fee is intended as check out general cleaning. Keep the place reasonably clean and tidy and leave the kitchen cleaned (no dirty dishes and garbage left over). If not, please note that additional costs may be charged. 
The septic system is very effective, however it will clog up if improper material is flushed. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If that happened and clog the septic system damages may be charged.
Lost keys or getting locked out: Euro 100 per key set for replacement.
For stays above 30 days and above the Client will be responsible for paying bills on top of the agreed Rental fee, at the end of the stay based on Client's real consumption.
Check-in time is from 3pm to Midnight with self check-in.
Any early or late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
