Space
The apartment has been refurbished to a very high standard with all the comforts available to make you feel at home. It is fully air-conditioned and comprises two double bedrooms (one with a small balcony); a bathroom with shower; kitchen and living area with television, broadband and a sofa bed for one additional person. The kitchen is fully equipped, and includes an electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, and a small coffee machine. There is also a washing machine for your convenience.
Clean linen and towels will be provided.
Self check-in available.
Access
The flat is on the second floor of one of the last remaining old buildings on the street. A high ceilinged building enjoying plenty of natural light for the duration of the day, but kindly be advised that there is no lift in the building.
Check-in time is from 3pm to Midnight with self check-in.
Guests are required to fill they info through a secure link in order to receive the access code.

Neighborhood
The property is located in one of the most sought after streets in the area. It is a two minute walk from the Sliema promenade where you can sample a wide selection of cafes and restaurants, enjoy a nice walk, or head down to the beach for a swim. You can take a ferry to Valletta or the 3 cities for just 5 euro.
Transit
The best way to see the place is on foot, but for the more distant destinations Sliema is very well connected with the bus routes to other parts of the island, and taxis are available within minutes of requesting the service. There are also bicycles and electric cars available for sharing. More information on what Apps to download for these services is available in the flat.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Age Requirement: The primary guest must be over 21 years old and will sign a short-term agreement at check-in for insurance, tax, and legal reasons.
Identification: All guests must provide a valid ID at check-in through a secure link. Failure to do so will result in denied entry.
Please be aware that ants can be a common issue during the warmer months on the island. We provide ant traps and repellent spray, which are generally effective, but you may still encounter ants during your stay.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
No pets are allowed.
No parties or loud noises are permitted. Please be considerate of our neighboUrs and keep noise to a minimum when entering and leaving the flat, especially after 11 pm.
No outside guests are allowed in the apartment without prior written approval to comply with police regulations.
The final cleaning fee covers general checkout cleaning. Please keep the place reasonably clean and tidy, and ensure the kitchen is clean (no dirty dishes or leftover garbage). Additional charges may apply if this is not adhered to.
The septic system is effective but can become clogged if improper materials are flushed. Only toilet paper should be flushed; feminine products should never be flushed. Damages due to improper use may result in additional charges.
Lost Keys or Lockouts: A €100 fee per key set will be charged for replacements.
Utility Bills for Long Stays: For stays of 30 days or more, the client will be responsible for paying utility bills on top of the agreed rental fee, based on actual consumption at the end of the stay.
Disclaimer: Please note that we are not liable for: 1) faults caused by third-party providers (WiFi, water, gas, electricity); 2) sudden faults in appliances such as the air conditioner, heating, washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, cooker, and television, which are subject to wear and tear and may not function during your stay. While we ensure these appliances are in working order upon your arrival and will do our best to rectify any issues that arise, we cannot be held responsible if spare parts are unavailable or specialized contractors are not immediately available; 3) noises caused by neighbors, construction sites, or anything not directly related to the property itself.
