Welcome to our elegant two-level, one-bnedroom apartment, ideally located just a short walk from Milan’s Central Station. Situated on the first floor of a quiet and sophisticated compound, this stylish and comfortable space is perfect for up to two guests.

The bedroom features a cozy double bed, while the large, bright open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen provide plenty of space to relax. The living room has a sofa, a TV, and a large collection of CDs and DVDs for your entertainment. Step out onto the private balcony, where you'll find a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

The apartment comes with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a family bathroom with a shower, ensuring a comfortable stay. Whether you're here for business or leisure, our apartment offers the perfect mix of style, space, and convenience.

From here, you’ll have excellent transport connections: the Central Station itself is a major railway hub with high-speed trains to other Italian cities, while multiple metro lines (M2 and M3) allow quick access to Milan’s top attractions like the Duomo, Sforza Castle, and the fashion district. Both Malpensa and Linate airports are easily reachable by train or shuttle, making it an ideal base for your stay.

- Lead guest must be over 21 years old and sign a short-term agreement upon arrival for insurance, fiscal, and legal purposes.
- All guests must show a valid ID at check-in; failure to do so will result in entry refusal due to Italian Police regulations.
- Stays over 30 nights require a tenancy agreement (contratto transitorio) by Italian law.
- No smoking or pets allowed.
- Strictly no parties or loud noises.
- Please be considerate when entering and leaving the flat, especially after 11 PM, to respect our neighbors.
- No outside visitors without written approval.
- Final cleaning fee covers general cleaning; keep the place tidy and clean the kitchen before checkout to avoid additional charges.
- Italian households have a power limit, and if multiple appliances are used simultaneously, the main switch may trip. Remember to turn off devices before restoring power. The main switch, resembling a white box, will be shown upon arrival.
- Use only toilet paper in the toilet to prevent septic system damage; no feminine products should be flushed.
- Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 replacement fee per key set.
- For stays exceeding 30 days, clients are responsible for utility bills based on actual consumption in addition to the rental fee.
- Check-in time: 3 PM - 11pm; self-check-in system available for convenience. You will receive a secure link to provide your info, this is mandatory in order to receive the access code.
