Please be aware that the apartment is on the fourth floor without elevator access, but the unique charm and the stunning views are well worth the climb.
For those driving, parking is available along the roads of Valletta. White marked spaces can be used at any time, while blue marked spaces are open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Remember to avoid parking in green and yellow spaces as these are reserved for residents. Be aware that parking within the city walls may incur charges monitored by the CVA Camera system.
To accommodate extra guests, we've added a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, allowing the apartment to host up to four guests.

Neighbourhood
This Apartment is centrally located in Valletta, Malta’s capital city and a World Heritage site, nothing short of an open-air museum. The Fortress City, Citta' Umilissima, "a city built by gentlemen for gentlemen",a living, working city, the administrative and commercial heart of the Islands. Valletta is named after its founder, the respected Grand Master of the Order of St. John, Jean Parisot de la Valette. The magnificent fortress city grew on the arid rock of Mount Sceberras peninsula, which rises steeply from two deep harbours, Marsamxett and Grand Harbour. Started in 1566, Valletta was completed, with its impressive bastions, forts and cathedral, in the astonishingly short time of 15 years.
Getting around
The public bus service in Malta and Gozo is a good way to get around as buses serving the major tourist areas, go practically everywhere and are inexpensive and efficient. Main Bus station is situated in Valletta just walking distance from this location.
To travel from Valletta to Sliema which is the shopping Mecca for Malta or the Three Cities, we suggest the Ferry for a quicker and efficient journey.
**IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY**
- Environmental Contribution: The government has introduced an Environmental Contribution on all types of accommodation, effective since June 20th, 2016. This contribution, amounting to €0.50 per person for each night spent on the Maltese Islands, is applicable to tourists aged 18 and above, regardless of nationality.
- Ants Alert: During the warmer seasons, ants may be a common issue on the island. We provide ant traps and repellent spray, which are usually effective, but anticipate encountering some ants during your trip.
- House Rules: - No smoking or pets allowed. - Strictly no parties or loud noises. Please respect our neighbors by minimizing noise when entering or leaving the flat, especially after 11 PM. - Visitors are not permitted without prior written approval to comply with police regulations.
- Cleaning and Other Charges: - The final cleaning fee covers general check-out cleaning. Please maintain cleanliness and tidiness, particularly in the kitchen. Additional charges may apply if the place is left untidy or if dirty dishes and garbage are left behind. - Lost keys or lockouts: €100 per key set for replacement. - For stays exceeding 30 days, clients are responsible for utility bills on top of the agreed rental fee, based on actual consumption at the end of the stay.
