The master bedroom invites relaxation with its comfortable double-sized bed, ample storage space, and serene ambiance; the single bedroom is cozy and perfect for solo travelers or children with its single bed; the twin bedroom is ideal for families or groups, featuring two single beds, one of which is a pull-out for flexible sleeping arrangements; the bright and airy living room boasts a sofa bed that accommodates two extra guests; the large, fully fitted kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and plenty of counter space for preparing delicious meals; and the villa includes two bathrooms designed for your convenience and comfort. Outdoors, you can step into the lush garden to unwind in natural surroundings, enjoy the outdoor shower after a day at the beach, and take advantage of the private parking space, or bask in the Sicilian sunshine on the roof solarium, perfect for sunbathing, enjoying a drink, or simply taking in the stunning views.

Guests have full access to the entire villa, including the garden and roof solarium. We provide clean linens, towels, and all the essentials to ensure a comfortable stay.

Neighborhood
Located a 10-minute walk from the beautiful Arenella beach, our villa offers easy access to sun, sand and sea. The lively city of Syracuse, with its rich history, beautiful architecture and delicious cuisine, is a short drive away. The popular Fontane Bianche beach 15 minutes by car, Milocca only 1 minute.

Notes
IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ PAYING ATTENTION
-TOURIST CITY TAX: Euro 2.00 per person per night (maximum 5 nights), Children under 12 free of charge to be paid in cash upon arrival
-The lead guest must be over 21 years old and will be required to sign an occupation agreement upon arrival. That is for insurance, fiscal and legal purposes. All guests are required to provide a valid identity card through a secure link before arrival, if not, they will not be allowed to enter (due to Italian Police regulations).
- Smoking is not allowed
- Sorry, no pets allowed
- Strictly no partying or loud noises. Please do not make too much noise when entering and leaving the flat in the evening and after 11 pm, as to respect our neighbours.
- No outsiders allowed in the apartment without our approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations.
- The final cleaning fee is intended as flat general cleaning. Keep the place reasonably clean and tidy and leave the kitchen cleaned (no dirty dishes and garbage left over). If not, please note that additional costs will be charged. 
- The septic system is very effective, however it will clog up if improper material is flushed. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If that happened and clog the septic system damages will be charged.
- Lost keys or getting locked out: Euro 100 per key set for replacement.
- Please note that it is expected that 2 people share a double bed. Please contact us if you have different sleeping requirements.
