Upon entering, you are welcomed into a majestic double-height central living room, enhanced by elegant columns and arches that beautifully divide the areas. The interior architecture creates a unique atmosphere, with a mezzanine on the upper floor overlooking the living area and connecting the bedrooms.
To the left of the living room, you'll find the dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, while on the right, through an archway, you access:

Self check-in is available via lockbox from 3:00 PM to midnight. To receive the instructions, we’ll send you a link for online check-in where you’ll be required to upload your IDs. Please make sure to complete this by 7:00 PM on the day of arrival, otherwise we will not be able to grant you access. Thank you for your cooperation!

Please carefully read the following information:
The main guest must be at least 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term rental agreement at check-in for insurance, tax, and legal reasons.
All guests must provide a valid ID at check-in, as required by Italian law. Verification will take place via a secure link. If documents are not provided, access to the property will be denied.
For stays over 30 nights, an Italian rental contract is required by law.
Smoking and pets are not allowed in the property.
Parties and loud noises are strictly prohibited; please respect quiet hours, especially when entering or leaving the building after 11:00 PM.
No unregistered guests are allowed without prior written authorization, as required by public safety regulations.
The cleaning fee covers only the final cleaning at check-out. Guests are expected to leave the property tidy, including cleaning the kitchen and disposing of trash. Additional fees may apply in case of non-compliance.
Please note that Italian homes have limited electrical capacity. Using too many appliances at once may trip the breaker. If this happens, simply turn off some devices and reset the main switch (you will be shown its location upon arrival).
In the bathroom, only toilet paper may be flushed. Other items, especially feminine hygiene products, can clog the pipes and result in repair costs.
A fee of €100 per set of lost keys will be charged.
For stays longer than 30 days, utility bills will be charged separately based on actual usage.
