Recently renovated, the flat beautifully blends modern minimalism with classic Sicilian charm. Spread across two levels with a private entrance, it features a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower.
Thoughtfully furnished and equipped with all comforts, the property offers hot and cold air conditioning, high-speed fibre optic Wi-Fi (up to 200 Mbps), a TV, hairdryer, and a washer/dryer. A sofa bed in the living room provides an extra sleeping option, ideal for families with a child.
Centrally located, the apartment allows you to explore Noto’s old town on foot, while beautiful beaches and charming towns such as Catania, Syracuse, Taormina, Marzamemi, Modica, Ragusa, and Scicli are all just a short drive away. Don't miss the Riviera dei Ciclopi and the Vendicari Nature Reserve, both easily reachable by car.

The property is entirely private and reserved for your exclusive use. Check-in is self-service, and you’ll receive a link to complete the online check-in by uploading your identification documents. This step is mandatory in order to receive the access instructions.

Neighborhood
The house is located in the very heart of the historical centre: Noto most famous monuments are literally a few steps away!
In Corso Vittorio Emanuele, you will also find the best restaurants, bars and pastry shops in town. Here also many other amenities to make your stay super comfortable.
A beautiful walk back in time is just waiting behind your doorstep!
Transit
Coming by car, you can park in the adjacent streets.
Given the central location of the apartment, it won't be necessary having a car to get around and explore the city centre.
However, a car is strongly recommended if you wish to explore the surrounding area and the stunning sandy beaches in this corner of Sicily.
If you are coming by bus, the apartment is located a few hundred meters from the bus stop.

IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ PAYING ATTENTION
-The lead guest must be over 21 years old and will be required to sign an occupation agreement upon arrival. That is for insurance, fiscal and legal purposes. All guests are required to show a valid identity card upon check-in, if not, they will not be allowed to enter (due to Italian Police regulations).
- Smoking is not allowed
- Sorry, no pets allowed
- Strictly no partying or loud noises. Please do not make too much noise when entering and leaving the flat in the evening and after 11 pm, as to respect our neighbours.
- No outsiders allowed in the apartment without our approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations.
- The final cleaning fee is intended as flat general cleaning. Keep the place reasonably clean and tidy and leave the kitchen cleaned (no dirty dishes and garbage left over). If not, please note that additional costs will be charged.
- The septic system is very effective, however it will clog up if improper material is flushed. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If that happened and clog the septic system damages will be charged.
- Lost keys or getting locked out: Euro 100 per key set for replacement.
- Please note that it is expected that 2 people share a double bed. Please contact us if you have different sleeping requirements.
Check-in time is from 3pm to Midnight with self check-in.
Any early or late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
