Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, large living room perfect for relaxing together and laundry area convenient for longer stays, a bathroom.
First floor: a double bedroom, a matronales room with an additional single bed, a bathroom and a balcony.
Second floor: a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and access to an outside veranda where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun or evenings in the open air.

The location is fantastic: just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and the town center, with supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes nearby.

Neighborhood
Donnalucata is a charming seaside village located on the south-east coast of Sicily, in the Scicli area, in the province of Ragusa. With its long golden beaches, crystal clear sea and authentic atmosphere, Donnalucata is a perfect destination for those seeking relaxation, natural beauty and Sicilian tradition.

This small fishing village retains a genuine and welcoming soul: every morning the small port comes alive with the fresh fish market, while along the seafront there are restaurants, ice-cream parlours and bars where you can enjoy local specialities. The mild climate all year round makes Donnalucata ideal both for summer holidays and for quieter stays in the low season.

Located just minutes from baroque towns such as Scicli, Modica and Ragusa Ibla, Donnalucata is also an excellent starting point for exploring the rich cultural and gastronomic heritage of south-eastern Sicily.

IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ PAYING ATTENTION
The lead guest must be over 21 years old and will be required to sign an occupation agreement upon arrival. That is for insurance, fiscal and legal purposes. All guests are required to provide a valid identity card through a secure link before arrival, if not, they will not be allowed to enter (due to Italian Police regulations).
- Smoking is not allowed
- Sorry, no pets allowed
- Strictly no partying or loud noises. Please do not make too much noise when entering and leaving the flat in the evening and after 11 pm, as to respect our neighbours.
- No outsiders allowed in the apartment without our approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations.
- The final cleaning fee is intended as flat general cleaning. Keep the place reasonably clean and tidy and leave the kitchen cleaned (no dirty dishes and garbage left over). If not, please note that additional costs will be charged. 
- The septic system is very effective, however it will clog up if improper material is flushed. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If that happened and clog the septic system damages will be charged.
- Lost keys or getting locked out: Euro 100 per key set for replacement.
- Please note that it is expected that 2 people share a double bed. Please contact us if you have different sleeping requirements.

Any early or late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
