The Space
The apartment offers 425 sq ft of elegant living space, meticulously renovated and thoughtfully interior designed throughout. The spacious reception room features an open-plan fitted kitchen and a double sofa bed for the third and fourth guest. The bedroom hosts a double bed, and the shower room completes the layout. Heating and water are included in your stay.
The building provides lift access, a 24-hour concierge, CCTV security, a secure allocated space in the underground car park and access to beautifully maintained communal gardens.

The apartment is at your complete and private disposal.
Check-in hours: 3 PM – 9 PM
Late check-in is available between 9 PM and 11 PM at a cost of £30. Late check-in is subject to availability and must be requested and paid at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Arrivals after 11 PM are not possible unless agreed in advance.

The Neighborhood
Regents Plaza sits on the border of St John's Wood and Maida Vale, two of North West London's most sought-after residential areas. The development is adjacent to the 4-star London Marriott Hotel Maida Vale and the Bannatyne Health Club. Abbey Road Studios, Lord's Cricket Ground and Regent's Park are all nearby, along with the cafés, restaurants and local shops of Kilburn High Road and Maida Vale.
Getting Around
The area is exceptionally well connected: Bakerloo Line stations and Overground services are just moments away, and Paddington Station, with the Elizabeth Line (Crossrail) and national rail links, is easily reached. Marylebone, Oxford Street, Hyde Park and Regent's Park are all a short ride away. If you arrive by car, the apartment comes with a secure allocated space in the building's underground car park.
Important Notes – Please Read Carefully
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and will be required to sign a short-term rental agreement upon check-in for insurance and legal purposes. All guests must provide a valid ID via a secure link prior to arrival. Mosquitoes can occasionally appear during the warmer months. We provide traps and repellent spray, but some presence is still possible. No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises are allowed, especially after 11 PM. No external guests are permitted without prior written approval, in compliance with local police regulations. The final cleaning fee covers standard checkout cleaning. Guests are expected to leave the apartment reasonably tidy, with a clean kitchen and no leftover garbage. Additional charges may apply otherwise. Only toilet paper should be flushed; no sanitary products or foreign items. Damages due to misuse may result in additional charges. Lost keys or lockouts will incur a €100 replacement fee per key set. For stays of 30 days or more, utility bills are not included and will be charged separately based on actual consumption.
